Apologies to my beloved paid subs for late delivery of promised extra artichoke recipes owing to my absence from the internet while travelling in deepest Anatolia with Turkish gastronomy maven Gamze Ineceli. We’re working together on new collaboration - working title "Where It All Began" - exploring the culinary traditions, then and now, of the culinary traditions on the vast plateau that makes up the whole of Asian Turkey (as if you didn't know!).
