I had a delicious drink in Croatia called a Hugo. Elderflower syrup, prosecco, mint leaves, fizzy water. Light and wonderful.

Acacia and elderflower both - either/or - such joy! A light beer-batter, I think, don't you? And I always fry in olive oil - though usually look for non-EV, what think?

Lovely! I like this kind of cooking direction: "let it feel the heat" -- brilliant! Also elderflowers, I'm thinking of planting an elder bush in my yard when construction is done. Did I have elderflower fritters in the southwest of France or was that acacia?
