Beautifully written, Elisabath. I've just discovered from reading F. Marian Mcneill that the in Scotland, the period from Nativity to Epiphany was called the Daft days

Qué preciosidad de relato tan evocador y haciendo justiocia a la situación que se vive en tiempo real. Las ilustraciones on de lcuiora, enhorabuen,a te felicito por el diálogo entre imagen y texto.

Los cardos tambien se comente en España, en Aragón muchçísimo, en Navarra tambié, todo el valle del Ebro. Mi padre era de Zaragoza y, aunque vivíamos en Madrid nos enviaban se comian con una salsa de almandras picadas con aceite de oliva y un poco de harina.

En Alicante tambien se comían cardos en potajes.
